Part of the charm of the island is that it is remote and therefore getting there is more of a challenge than flying into a large city. Here are some options below.

Note: Governors Harbour Airport is further away from Spanish Wells on North Eleuthera and is an expensive cab ride. North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) is the largest airport on North Eleuthera and the closest to the Beach House (15 min cab ride $20). 

Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Miami (MIA) to North Eleuthera Airport (ELH):

From Nassau By Water Taxi Fast Ferry Service directly to Spanish Wells (NAS):

Bahamas Ferry Service  (departs Nassau early in the morning).

Travel from North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) to Spanish Wells:

A cab from North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) to Jeans Bay Dock is $20 where you will pick up the water taxi which is $4 per person. The water taxi will bring you to Spanish Wells.

Directions to the house from the Ferry Dock on Spanish Well are as follows:

If you filled in your arrival information on the rental agreement you should be met here by Lottie and she will drive you to the house. If not you might catch a ride or the walk is about 15 minutes. Proceed west along the water from the Ferry Dock until the road ends and you must turn right on 14th street. Then walk North on 14th street until the road ends at the beach. The Beach House is on the right side.
